Glasgow Analogue
What happens when we slow down and really pay attention?
If you spend too much time looking at a screen, Glasgow Analogue is an invitation to take a break and do something real. It is a social group to get us of our phones and out into the world, together and mindfully.
We currently do a monthly ‘meander’ - a wander through a park or urban space, noticing all the details of the environment which usually pass us by. The walks are gently facilitated by myself, but guided as a collective.
And then we go for coffee and cake afterwards.
The group is organised via Meetup - you can find the page here.
