When I am your coach, we will work together on your habits, attention and relationship with digital technology. Over an agreed number of sessions, we will develop a practical plan to change your digital habits in a realistic and sustainable way, so you have more energy to focus on what really matters to you.
My approach combines evidence-based digital wellbeing methods with mindfulness training. This means we work on both sides of attention: reducing the pull of distraction, while strengthening the ability to stay present and intentional. Sessions are adapted to suit you and your life, rather than following a fixed programme.
One-to-one coaching is suitable for people who feel fragmented by digital life, struggle to focus, or want a more stable and intentional relationship with technology.
