Mindfulness + Digital Wellbeing
An 8-week group course to help participants develop a more intentional relationship with digital technology, and focus on what matters most to them.
The course combines evidence-based digital wellbeing methods with mindfulness training. This means we work on both sides of attention: reducing the pull of distraction, while strengthening the ability to stay present and intentional.

Intro to Mindfulness
An 8-week group course which serves as an introduction to mindfulness, both on the cushion and in daily life. Participants will develop a regular meditation practice, focusing on the body, the breath and our environment, to become more present and intentional in everyday life.
No prior meditation or mindfulness experience necessary.
